When paying to have your work kiln-fired, and items included in class tuition; you accept all risks. Kiln payments and tuition fees are non-refundable.

If you have not received an email notification four weeks after the end of class, please come and pick up your work. If artworks are not picked-up within a 3 month time frame, all items will be discarded and no refunds are provided.
• Six-week course students are encouraged to glaze-fire (up t0 6 items - size limitations apply) of the items they produce during a course. If student does not reach this goal or if any items are left uncompleted at the end of a class or 6-week course they will be forfeited by the student and discarded. All items must be ready for glaze firing at the end of the course. In certain circumstances to be determined by AA Clay Studio a grace period will be given to finish glazing; beyond that time, students are subject to Open Studio costs including kiln-firing payments.

Artwork:
Clay Camp provides your child with the experience of working with clay. Campers will have the opportunity to create several works of art. We strongly urge all students to follow our recommendations for forming, joining and glazing their work to obtain good results. If proper techniques are not followed clay can crack, break, slump, and irregular glaze covering can result.
• We do not provide refunds for artworks that are destroyed in the dry, kiln, or glazing process.
• All items must be picked up about 4-weeks after campers last day. As a courtesy, we notify parents when campers’ work is ready for pickup. If you have not received an email notification three weeks after the end of camp, please come and pick up their work.
